      How it works

      Four steps. Zero commitment.

      01

      Enter the address

No sign-up: your website address is all it takes. While I measure, I’ll ask for your name and email – that’s where the report goes.

      02

I measure it in 30 sec

Google Lighthouse measures speed, findability and accessibility on mobile; my own checks cover security and conversion.

      03

      You get the report

A score, hidden issues ranked by importance, suggested fixes – and an instant quote you put together yourself. I’ll email you the report link too.

      04

If you like: a fixed price after 20 min

What no machine measures – copy, trust, the path to a client – I review on a free call. Then you get a fixed, written quote.

The 6 pillars of a good website

What makes a good website? More than looking nice.

The first impression forms in the blink of an eye – but whether a visitor becomes a client depends on these six things. The audit measures exactly these.

      01/06

      Speed

The benchmark ≤ 2.5 s for the main content to show on mobile (LCP)
      Good when
the main content appears within 2.5 seconds even on mobile, and buttons react instantly.
      If it’s missing
visitors leave while it loads, and Google ranks you lower.
      02/06

      Mobile & UX

The benchmark 48 × 48 px the smallest button – so a thumb never misses
      Good when
it’s comfortable to use with a thumb, needs no zooming, and nothing jumps around while loading.
      If it’s missing
most visitors arrive on a phone – and that’s exactly where they get stuck.
      03/06

      Findability

The benchmark 100% of your pages have their own title and description in search results
      Good when
every page has a unique title and description, and Google understands exactly what you offer and where.
      If it’s missing
a great site doesn’t help if searchers find your competitors instead.
      04/06

      Security

The benchmark 0 errors no “Not secure” warning, nothing failing behind the scenes
      Good when
it runs on HTTPS, its code is up to date, and nothing is failing behind the scenes.
      If it’s missing
the browser’s “Not secure” warning scares clients away.
      05/06

      Accessibility

The benchmark 4.5 : 1 minimum text contrast (WCAG AA)
      Good when
the contrast is easy to read, images have descriptions, and forms are properly labelled.
      If it’s missing
older and visually impaired visitors struggle – and for some online shops it’s been an EU requirement since 2025.
      06/06

      Conversion

The benchmark 1 main action per page: call, book or request a quote
      Good when
every page makes the next step obvious – with something that builds trust right next to it.
      If it’s missing
visitors like the site – and still move on.

      Questions

About the audit. What people ask first.

      How accurate is the measurement?

The measurement uses the same Google Lighthouse engine, in mobile view, as Google PageSpeed Insights – so the speed, SEO and accessibility figures are real. Security and conversion elements are checked by my own tests.

Is it really free? What’s the catch?

No catch: it’s free and there’s nothing to sign up for. I ask for your name and email so I can send you the report link – and, if I see something worth fixing, a tailored fixed-price quote. No newsletters, and if you’re not interested, one reply and I’ll delete your details.

      What exactly do I get?

An overall score and a breakdown across six areas (speed, mobile, findability, security, accessibility, conversion), the issues found in order of importance – each with a suggested fix and a price – plus a shareable report link.

Why is the score different from PageSpeed Insights?

Lighthouse gives slightly different results on every run (network, server load), and the overall score also includes my own checks. A few points of difference is normal – what matters are the issues found and the overall range.

      What if the measurement fails?

If the site doesn’t load or blocks the measurement, you can request a manual audit: I’ll email it to you within 24 hours.

      What happens to my data?

I store the address, the result, and your name and email for 12 months – the latter only for the report and the related quote, never shared with third parties. Your IP address only as a one-way hash, for abuse protection. Details in the privacy policy.
